The founding deposit
Founding members hold a place in line with a deposit of 50 percent of the first year. That is $250 for a CBO and $1,500 for a university or college.
The deposit is non-refundable. It is credited in full to your first year when your organization joins, so you pay the other half then.
CBOs of America is a program of the William H. Douglas Foundation, its parent organization. Payments are processed through the foundation, so your card statement reads WHD* CBOS OF AMERICA.

- Before paying, you check a box that says: "I understand this deposit is non-refundable. It is half of our first year of membership and will be credited in full when our organization joins."

- On a payment page hosted by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

- A receipt by email and your number in line.
- Schools
- No deposit and no payment. Schools join the list for free.
What we will never charge for
No one pays or is paid when a student is referred, when a student applies, or when a student enrolls. A university's price is the same whether it meets five students or five hundred.
Students and parents never pay. Their accounts come from their CBO or school.
The comparison
A CRM, a chat tool, a form builder and spreadsheets cost a CBO about 4,000 USD a year. A membership here is $500 a year.
